Have you ever had someone say “I’ll take a look at your network marketing company if you’ll take a look at mine?”
It’s a question I got the other day from one of my customers asking if he should partake in this type of back-n-forth pitch process.
Here’s my take on it.
Don’t be a Kindergartener!
If someone wants you to join under them…
But is also open to switching companies…
How would you feel about them as your leader?
Does their flakiness inspire confidence?
I don’t think so.
What words come to mind, instead?
- Weak.
- Pathetic.
- Wishy washy.
Just understand, if you partake in the whole “I’ll show you mind if you’ll show me yours B.S.” you are being a poser.
Instead, be a professional.
Kindly let them know you’re not recruitable. Show strength, show confidence, show leadership.
And just in case you’re thinking…
I know I’m not really recruitable so I’ll just pretend to be interested in their deal and maybe I’ll recruit the other person…
2 Things:
First, if you’re pretending to be open, but you’re not, you’re out of integrity. A lack of integrity is not going to lead to you becoming a powerful leader.
Next, even if you do recruit the other person, all you’ll get is a poser who is open to being led by a weak leader willing to go through the “I’ll show you mine if you’ll show me yours” game.
Be strong. Don’t be a poser. Elevate yourself to a higher level.

5 Keys to Tapping into Success
If you want to be successful in the Network Marketing Profession, you can’t just phone it in, or you’ll simply never get there. There are specific qualities and habits that lend themselves to growing an organization. Developing the following 5 characteristics in yourself, and your team, will put you on the road to success and help you tap into your greatness.
Passion
You have to get so excited about what you do that people will come from miles around just to see you so excited and you must be able to awaken that excitement in others. I am an introvert. Being around big crowds and hanging out at parties are not things l am comfortable with, but I have passion for what I do, and most importantly, I am able to transmit that passion to others. Some people jump up and down when they are really excited and that’s great! But it’s not the way I show my passion. Everyone is different, so find the best way to transmit your passion and you will have a successful organization.
Consistency
You’re not going to be successful in the Network Marketing Profession if you’re passionate one day and invisible the next, or if you’re passionate for one week and then you disappear for the next three weeks, or if you’re passionate for two months and then you disappear for six months. When you aren’t consistent you lose all credibility.
People will notice if you are excited today but not tomorrow and they simply won’t stick with you. All great leaders are consistent. That’s the price of leadership. You don’t get to have a bad day. Making a decision to be consistent will change your business whether you are at a top rank or you’re just starting out.
Focus
In order to develop a successful organization, distractions must be invisible to you. Your team has to know where things are going and that they are included today, tomorrow, and the day after that. Systems – in other words what everyone your organization does every day – are the key to focus. If you don’t have a solid system, you’ll end up having one idea one week, and a different idea next week, and a different idea the week after that. You get the idea.
Your team will also lose focus when you’re all over the place. Figure out what works best and then put those systems into place in your entire organization to keep the focus on the right things.
Patience
in order to develop enough skills to go full time if you want to. And it’s going to take you five years toThis is hard. You want to be successful right now. You want to reach the top rank as quickly as possible. For most people, it’s just not going to happen that way. Deal with it! Here’s the reality – you’ve got to be patient and allow your organization to grow as your skills grow. Focus on those skills, and remember the One, Three, Five Rule.
It’s going to take you one year of consistent part-time focused effort for you to become functional and profitable inside of Network Marketing. It’s going to take you three years become world class, where you can make as much as you want. Have patience, set appropriate expectations and realize, it’s going to take time.
Hustle
You have to work your butt off. Period. If you want the lifestyle you aspire to, you have to work harder than anybody you know. There is no free money in this world and nobody’s gonna do it for you. Just know that the hustle will be worth it, because in the Network Marketing Profession, you get paid over and over and over and over. My first 90 days I worked harder than anybody I know.
I worked 14 to 16 hours a day, six days a week for the first 90 days. People ask successful people how much they made in their first 90 days, but it’s impossible to answer because they’re still earning it. In this profession you continue to earn and earn and earn for years and years and years and decades and decades and decades. Show me another business like it.
In traditional business you get paid nothing for what you did last year or the year before. In Network Marketing, the hustle has a lasting payoff.
Work on developing these 5 characteristics and you’ll be well on your way to massive success in the Network Marketing Profession. It’s time to tap into your greatness!

This year is predicted to be the biggest year in travel and tourism, therefore, you do not have the luxury of waiting until the last day to book. World Tours Terms and Conditions
Travel is unpredictable and country restrictions due to COVID-19 change regularly; please understand that the policies below apply.
- Each World Tour specifies the number of nights included. The price includes 2 travelers. Additional fees may apply for more than 2 travelers.
- The booking member must be in attendance for the entire World Tour (Some World Tours are only for 2 travelers).
- Only one room booking per World Tour per account.
- Booking member’s name must be the same as on passport/government issued identification card presented at hotel check in.
- When a member books a World Tour or Getaway their account must be in active status at all times before the World Tour or Getaway starts and while taking the tour to keep it. Travorium reserves the right to cancel any World Tour of an inactive and/or canceled account.
- If a member cancels their account, any booked Getaways and World Tours associated with their account are also canceled
- Members must have an active status to redeem travel points and only available travel points at the time of booking are applicable.
- Retail pricing may increase closer to the travel date, requiring more travel points to receive the lowest possible rate.
- World Tours may be canceled because of low participation
- Travorium reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the World Tour Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the World Tours, at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the World Tours, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications
- Every ticket purchased to a world tour with an Ambassador Training will receive two complimentary tickets to the training.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your World Tour trip up to 90 days before the trip is scheduled, you will be fully refunded, both payment and travel points.
- If you cancel your World Tour 89-62 days before your World Tour is scheduled, you will be debited half of your travel points used for that trip. You will be refunded your payment, except a $150 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel your World Tour within 61 days before your World Tour is scheduled, you will not be refunded your payment or travel points.
- Some Special Promotion World Tours are not refundable at time of booking and the regular Cancellation Policy does not apply to them.
- Please don’t consider your cancellation request official until you receive a confirmation email from us.
- If you cancel your World Tour you cannot re-book the same destination in the same year.

Hotel Check-in Requirements
- By booking this World Tour I understand that the hotel may request a credit card upon check-in. The hotel may request the credit card in order to: a) place a monetary hold of $100-$200/per night; or b) hold for incidental, security or other charges. By booking, I acknowledge having received notice of this potential charge and accept that Travorium recommends a credit card rather than a debit or bank card be used in the event the hotel requests the card.
- I understand that any such request made by the hotel is outside of the control of Travorium and is strictly a hotel policy. Should I have questions concerning the hotel’s policy, I accept responsibility for contacting the hotel independently of Travorium.

- The price for every World Tour is subject to change based on promotional pricing availability, room type(s) booked, taxes, etc.
- Pricing shown is based on 2 adults per room, unless otherwise is mentioned.
- Members can’t combine Travel Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of Travel Points you can use. Only the booking member points can be used.
- Make sure that your passport and visa, if applicable, are up to date before you leave! It’s important to double check that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you’re traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this World Tour will apply.
- Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your World Tour is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, not the World Tour price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.
- Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults (Only applicable if the World Tour is accepting more than two guests).
- Know before you go: As you make plans for current and future travel, stay up to date on your resort’s COVID-19 protocols and other precautionary measures.
