Travel is one of the most powerful ways to do that.

It forces you to slow down — not because you’re lazy, but because you’re present. It pulls you out of the cycle of doing, and into the rhythm of being. That shift isn’t wasted time — it’s renewal. And when you come back, you’re sharper, more focused, and better equipped to lead, build, and create.

The fear of falling behind is real. But ask yourself: what’s the cost of never stepping back?

One of the biggest reasons people stall in this business isn’t a lack of motivation, it’s a lack of clarity. If you’re new, that means attending the Zoom calls consistently and watching the videos more than once. If you’ve been around a while, it might mean revisiting some of the tools you haven’t looked at in months and checking in with your upline to make sure you’re still aligned.

September Corporate Call Update Recap

Before we got into the numbers, Todd Strand opened the call by sharing a story from his

recent trip through Central Asia—a journey that included flight delays, border closings,

and 27 hours of travel across multiple countries just to reach Uzbekistan. But despite

the chaos, what stood out wasn’t the inconvenience—it was the commitment of the

people on the ground. One of the local leaders, Zerena from our Kazakhstan office, was

instrumental in helping Todd and Gina get across the border. When Todd asked why she

was still pushing forward after such a long and exhausting day, her response was

simple:

 

“I believe we will be successful… because we are trying.”

 

That spirit—steady, determined, and focused—is what this business is built on.

 

Todd then introduced Josh Hart, who kicked off the recognition segment by walking

through another record-setting month. According to Josh, September was the biggest

September in company history, continuing a multi-month streak of growth.

Josh took a moment to explain just how meaningful the 1-Star rank is. At that level, Partners unlock daily pay and a $100 lifestyle bonus—earning about $400/month just by helping a few others do what they did. That kind of extra income can be life-changing, and it’s one of the reasons Travorium is expanding so quickly.

 

He also gave a shoutout to our custom 2-Star rings, which now come in a branded box with certificates and engraving. These rings aren’t just recognition—they’re symbols of belief. In some countries, team leaders are hand-delivering them in front of crowds and even filming the moment someone receives theirs. That’s what happened in Kyrgyzstan, when a new 2-Star showed up at the hotel to have Josh personally put the ring on her finger while her entire team recorded the moment.

 

After Josh wrapped, Todd returned to share more details from the Central Asia trip.

From Mongolia to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan, the reception was humbling— teams staying up all night to prepare, designing custom signage and celebration banners, even navigating visa challenges just to make sure the visit could happen. At nearly every stop, the feeling was the same: people are all-in. And they’re building fast.

 

Following Todd’s update, Founder & CEO David Hart joined the call to zoom out and provide a company-wide view of what’s happening.

David emphasized that these aren’t just vanity stats—they’re proof that people are winning. He reminded everyone that whether you’re just getting started or leading a global team, the path is already laid out. If one person can do it, another person can do it too.

 

He also gave a strong reminder that events matter, especially coming off the IGNITE Your Business Conference in Las Vegas. He challenged everyone to stop waiting until they “feel ready” and start treating this like the opportunity it truly is.

 

To close the call, Todd returned one last time and issued a challenge to the field. He shared the comeback story of Paul and Donna Scales, who dropped to 2-Star after losing a major leg—but didn’t let it stop them. Paul said, “If I have to enroll all 188 people myself, I will.” And now? They’re back at the top, thriving as Ambassadors.

  • Read 10 pages of a good book each day
  • Listen to 15 minutes of positive audio
  • Talk to 3–5 people daily about Travorium

 

This business doesn’t reward the lucky—it rewards the focused. Those who show up consistently, take small steps daily, and never stop believing are the ones who rise.

Travorium Rules of Engagement:

  1. Do not display a screen of your “Commissions” from your back office to the public (only in private messages). Please no outrageous or unrealistic money earning claims.
  2. Do not display to the public offers that are not from Travorium Corporate. (Offers set up internally by specific teams must remain private)
  3. Partners who cancel are prohibited from returning to the company before 6 months and if they return, they will have their account canceled without notice.
  4. Do not use the name Travorium as a page name, group name, facebook name, instagram name or any other kind of name (You can not promote yourself as the “Official Travorium”)

Customer Enrollments and Volume​

Travorium has updated the policies around customer enrollments and customer volume placement:

Customers, when signing up, will be placed in a 14-day holding period where they will be given the option to UPGRADE to a Partner. During these 14 days, a customer can upgrade to become a partner at any time.

During this time, no business volume will go to the sponsor or the upline. It will be in reserve. The volume will count for CSV for the sponsor.
In the event the person UPGRADES any time before the 14-day holding period, they will immediately get placed in the waiting room and be treated as any partner.
If they DO NOT upgrade within the 14 days, they will no longer be given the option to upgrade and their volume moves to the SPONSORS weak leg and flows upline from the sponsor.
