Feature Article: Target 100

Every growing business begins with a written list of people. Many partners delay building their Target 100 because they overthink the process or assume they need the perfect wording before they reach out. The truth is that clarity about who you know creates clarity about where your business can grow. A blank page often reveals hesitation more than a lack of opportunity.

If you have never built your list of one hundred, start simple. Open a notebook or spreadsheet and begin writing names without filtering or qualifying anyone. Think through different seasons of your life such as school, former jobs, church, sports, community groups, and social media connections. The goal in this phase is awareness. You are identifying relationships, not deciding outcomes.

For those who built a list months or years ago, it may be time to refresh it. Circumstances change and people move into new seasons of life. A friend who was not open before may now be looking for additional income, a travel community, or a fresh start. Review your original list and ask yourself who deserves another conversation. Add new names that have entered your world since you first wrote it down.

Refreshing your Target 100 should feel like a regular part of building, not a dramatic reset. Set aside time once a quarter to review and update it. You may also add names weekly as you meet new people or reconnect with existing contacts. Keep the process natural and ongoing so it reflects the flow of your life.

Avoid turning the list into a rigid scoreboard. This is not about checking off names or forcing conversations. It is about staying aware of the relationships around you and being intentional with the opportunities you share. When your Target 100 is active and current, your outreach feels steady and your business grows from genuine connection.

The Josh Drop

The Power of Simple Follow-Up

In every growing organization, there are moments of excitement that create new conversations. People lean in and say they would like more information. What often determines whether that interest turns into action is something far less dramatic. It is the discipline of simple follow-up.

Follow-up is not complicated, but it requires intention. It means keeping track of who you spoke with and what was discussed. It means circling back when someone says they are interested but busy. It means setting reminders instead of relying on memory. Most opportunities are not lost because someone clearly said no. They fade because the conversation was never continued.

Many assume that if someone is truly interested, they will reach back out on their own. Occasionally that happens. More often, people respond to leadership. They appreciate the person who follows up with professionalism and clarity. A short message. A scheduled call. A reminder about an upcoming event. These small, consistent actions communicate belief and stability.

Simple follow-up also strengthens your own mindset. Each time you reconnect, you reinforce that you take your business seriously. You grow more comfortable answering questions. You become better at listening. You develop the ability to guide someone through the process without pressure. Follow-up is not about persuading. It is about serving and staying engaged.

There is a compounding effect to consistency. Conversations move forward instead of disappearing. People who were uncertain gain clarity over time. Those who were distracted reengage when the timing is right. Gradually, scattered interest becomes structured momentum.

In a relationship-driven business, steady communication creates trust. A thoughtful check-in can reopen a door. A simple message can restart a conversation that seemed quiet. Long-term growth is often built on these small, repeated efforts.

Closing Thought

As you review your current list of prospects and partners, are you leaving growth to chance, or are you practicing consistent follow-up that moves people steadily forward?

Customer Enrollments and Volume

Travorium has updated the policies around customer enrollments and customer volume placement:

Customers, when signing up, will be placed in a 14-day holding period where they will be given the option to UPGRADE to a Partner. During these 14 days, a customer can upgrade to become a partner at any time.

During this time, no business volume will go to the sponsor or the upline. It will be in reserve. The volume will count for CSV for the sponsor.
In the event the person UPGRADES any time before the 14-day holding period, they will immediately get placed in the waiting room and be treated as any partner.
If they DO NOT upgrade within the 14 days, they will no longer be given the option to upgrade and their volume moves to the SPONSORS weak leg and flows upline from the sponsor.
